We specialise in self builds kit erection we also have many years experience in larger projects such as Hotels and Schools.

With our base in the Scottish Borders we can take on work any where in the UK.

We also have more than 35 years of experience in timber frame erection around the UK.

We are TRAD safety system approved installers and all employees are CSCS card holders.

Kit Erectors Ltd have a fully trained 360 Roto telehandler driver which is used as a crane or forklift allowing access to restricted sites and can work out cheaper than crane hire.

Our lift supervisor and Banksman/slingers will handle any lifting operations required on site.

We have our own unique temporary scaffolding system which allows full access and a working platform around the kit, which was invented and designed by Martin Bowie.

Self Build

Kit Erectors LTD can offer a supply and erect package where we would buy your timber frame kit on your behalf. This would eliminate any VAT on the kit purchased.

Kit Erectors LTD would then supply your kit and erect in one package VAT FREE. Freeing up any valuable cash to complete your DREAM HOME.

All our self build Timber Frame Kits are installed to wind and water tight stage, with fitting of windows and doors, soffets/ facias also roof membrane ready for your roofing contractor to complete.
